William “Billy” Frank, was born on June 26, 1962, the son of William and Joan (Kostuck) Maschler Sr of rural Browerville. He attended and graduated from Browerville High School in 1980. After high school Billy worked construction for Schneiders construction for a few years, and then started what would be a lifelong career at the Long Prairie Packing Plant.
Billy was previously married and became the father to three children, Kelly, Lucas, and Chris. Billy was engaged to Kimberly Hiller. Their future union blessed Billy with two more children, Katlynn, and Wyatt. The couple lived on their farm in rural Browerville, enjoying the piece and quiet of country living. When he was not working, he enjoyed hunting deer, waterfowl, and geese. He could be found taking a ride on the side-by-side or tinkering building things. Game day was huge for Billy! Skol Viking purple and gold ran through his veins, and he didn’t miss a game. He was the super of super fans. Above all else though, his family was most important to him. Whether it be spending time with his kids or giving grandkids rides in the woods. He enjoyed every minute with them. This super fan, fiancé, dad, and papa, will be dearly missed by loved ones
