Ronald John was born August 10, 1947, in Bertha to Charlie & Loretta (Feela) Line.  Ron served in the Us Army from 1967 to 1969 when he was honorably discharged.  When he got out of the service, he built pole barns with his uncle.  Ron attended Alexandria Technical School for drafting.  He moved to Minneapolis to work for Nordic Ware, worked at St. Mary’s Hospital in South Minneapolis for many years and Valley Fair for a couple of years before taking his job at the Veteran’s Hospital where he retired from.  After retirement, Ron moved back to Clarissa to care for his mother.  He was always a fun-loving person who loves a joke just the same as anyone.  Later in life Ron developed a taste for cooking and cards.  Once a year he would host a lasagna and card party for friends and family.

Ron is survived by his brother Larry (Katie) Line, sister Marie Line, 2 nephews, 3 nieces, 7 great nieces and nephews and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Loretta.
