Richard Hendricks

  Richard was born September 22, 1937 in Round Prairie, Minnesota to Peter and Mary (Fearing) Hendricks.  After high school, he joined the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged on February 28, 1963.  Richard met and married Darlene Bulman on May 29, 1957, in Des Moines, Iowa.  He worked at the Ford Plant in Minneapolis for thirty years, retiring in 1992.  After his retirement, he returned to Browerville and farmed and drove school bus.  Richard loved his family and enjoyed going to the cabin on Turtle Lake, playing cribbage, visiting with friends, snowmobiling and fish fries in the middle of the night. Richard is survived by his wife, Darlene, daughters, Shellie Hendricks, Cheryl Hendricks, Connie (Gerald) Gruba, Renee (Doug) Marsh; grandchildren:  Melissa Doke, Richard Herchenhahn, Sophia Marsh and Richard Marsh ; great grandchildren:  Jada, Blake, Leda; siblings:  Elvin Hendricks, Peter (Judy) Hendricks, Elaine (Richard) Hafften, Charlotte Wanstrom and many nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Mary; siblings:  Glade Hendricks, Shirley Cameron and Harold Hendricks.
