Richard W. Decker 58 year old resident of Long Prairie, MN passed away June 30, 2020. He was born on June 12, 1962 in Alexandria, MN to Willard and Agnes Decker. Richard served in the US Army from 1986-1995. A private family burial will take place at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls.
