Joseph Jagush

Joseph Jagush, 80, passed away on September 27, 2021.  Funeral services for Joseph will be held on October 8, 2021, 2:00 p.m., at the Iten Funeral Home in Browerville with Fr. Mitchell Bechtold officiating.  Friends may call one hour prior the service at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Christ the King Catholic Cemetery, Browerville.

Joseph John Jagush was born July 19, 1941, to Blasie and Mary (Benick) Jagush in Ward Township, Todd County.  He graduated from Browerville High School and was extremely proud of his athletic accomplishments throughout his high school years.  Joe held many records for a long time.

Joe Married Janice Herbeck in 1963.  Through that union two children were born, Jeff Jagush and Jolene (Dan) Ervin.

Joe worked for his brother George for a long time in the construction business until he started his own roofing company.  When he could no longer do that type of work, he worked for the US Postal Service as a Rural Route Driver until he retired.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers George and Anthony Jagush. He is survived by his son Jeff, daughter Jolene; 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; sister Joann Lewis and sister-in-law Geraldine Jagush.
