Jeannine Wagner, 90-year-old resident of Harmony House in Motley, MN passed away July 7, 2020. A drive thru visitation for the public will be from 11 AM to noon on Tuesday, July 14 at the Iten Funeral Home in Browerville. A private memorial service will be held for the immediate family. Burial will be at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls, MN.
Jeannine was born in October 28, 1929 in Browerville, MN to Joe and Emma Johnson. She attended Fawn Lake Country School where she learned beautiful penmanship and became a great speller. Jeannine was proud of having won a spelling bee. She was united in marriage to Edward Wagner on July 8, 1949 in Webster, South Dakota. Jeannine was known for her sense of humor, laughter, and ability to tease others. She will be missed for her visits and get togethers with nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors. Jeannine enjoyed word searches and gardening. She will be remembered as the best cook ever, especially for her home canned pickles.
Jeannine is survived by her sons, Dale (Tonia), Michael (Teresa), Randy; sister, Delores Lacina; 8 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and 5 siblings.
Memorials preferred to the Harmony House in Motley.
Arrangements are with the Iten Funeral Home in Browerville.
