Jane Karen (Bartelt) Helgeson

Jane Helgeson, 79, of St. Cloud, passed away on August 17, 2019.  Funeral services for Jane will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2019, 11:00 a.m., at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Clarissa with Pastor Justin Hesterman officiating.   Burial will be held at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Cemetery.

Jane was born November 3, 1939, in Bertha, Minnesota, to Elmer & Olga (Selseth) Bartelt.  In 1966, Jane married Klifton Helgeson in Watertown, South Dakota.  She was an amazing cook and baker who loved her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Jane is preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Olga; twin sister Joyce Taus and In-laws, Kenneth & Mercedes Helgeson.

Jane is survived by her husband Klifton; children:  Sarah Lunneborg, Cammie (Brian) Smith, Kenneth (Karen Jackson) Helgeson; special niece Maria Gilman; grandchildren:  Sarah, Jennifer, Erin, Nicholas, Nick and Rachel; 10 great grandchildren; siblings: Elmer J. "Butch" (JoAnn) Bartelt and Allan (ElDonna) Bartelt.
