Carmel Catholic Church in Long Prairie with Fr. Omar Guanchez officiating. Friends may begin calling one hour prior to the service at the church.
Allan Lee Schultz was born October 11, 1955, in Little Falls to Walter & Helen (Bruder) Schultz. On July 31, 1976, he married Cynthia Sundberg. Allan worked at Central Bi Products for 30 years and CSI for around 8 years. He spent his free time hunting and fishing and fishing and fishing. If Allan wasn’t fishing, he was busy fixing or building something. Al was a Jack of all trades. Even if he had never done it before he would figure it out, he was never afraid to try something new. Together with Elmer they built the house Allan’s children grew up in.
Allan enjoyed taking part in fishing league, pool league and horseshoe league and joking around while tossing back a few beers. He especially enjoyed fishing with his children and grandchildren. He and Cindy loved camping and the outdoors; they would take their children camping and floating down the river annually with family and friends. Allan most of all was a great dad, husband, brother, son, grandpa, and friend. He always made sure the three women in his life were well taken care of. He will be greatly missed.
Allan is preceded in death by his dad Walter, wife Cindy, and Brother Dennis. He is survived by his mother and step-dad, Helen (Elmer) Bruder, children: Joshua (Janell) Schultz, Danielle (Jeremy) Clasemann; grandchildren: Spencer Clasemann, Logan Clasemann, Parker Schultz, and Harlee Schultz; siblings: Bruce (Deb) Schultz, Gary (Patricia) Schultz, Jim (Donna) Schultz, Mike (Judy) Schultz, Mark Schultz and Mary Kay (Rod) Hinnenkamp.
