A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Clarissa on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the church, with a rosary being prayed at 1:45 PM. Visitation will continue the day of mass at the church one hour prior to mass. Burial will immediately follow the mass at the church cemetery.

Agnes was born on July 10, 1967 in St. Cloud, to William and Dorothy (Prom) Schoborg. She graduated from Tech High School in 1985, and went to St. Cloud AVTI for general business. Agnes worked many years as the personal secretary to the president of Albany Bank. Agnes met Duane Dobmeier at a dance one Saturday night and 5 years later on Oct 29, 1994 they married. Agnes and Duane raised their 7 children on the family dairy farm in St. Anna. After retiring from dairy Agnes and Duane moved to a new farm in Bertha in 2017 where they were able to enjoy the more
relaxing side of raising animals and crops. Anges enjoyed reading, music, quilting, raising animals and visiting with friends. Her greatest accomplishment was raising their 7 children and watching each one of them build successful lives of their own. Her biggest joy and most cherished time was any time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Duane; Children, Clayton Dobmeier of St. Anna, Jeramie Dobmeier of St. Anna, Justin (Kayla) Dobmeier of Kimball, Anna (Monty) Sieben of Royalton, William (Emily) Dobmeier of St. Joseph, Mary Dobmeier of Bertha, Lynda Dobmeier of Bertha; two grandchildren, James & Jennifer; Siblings, Methuria RaShad, Julia Schoborg, Dena (John) Voigt, Louise (Mike) Heim, Susan (Mark) Knowles, Teresa (Lester) Johnson, Pete (Laurel) Schoborg, Matt (Dawna) Schoborg and Simon (Dawn) Schoborg; Sister-in-law, Lori Schoborg; and brother-in law Dale Waletzko.
Agnes was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Marie; her parents, William & Dorthy Schoborg; brother, Joe Schoborg; sister, Katie Waletzko; and brother-in-law, Dennis Dobmeier.
