Matthew Eugene Mikel

Matthew Mikel, 42, of Browerville, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 17, 2019.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., at the Iten Funeral Home in Browerville.   Interment will be held at Christ the King Catholic Cemetery, Browerville.

Matt was born December 13, 1976, in Browerville to Eugene “Pat” & Elizabeth “Betty” (Bartylla) Mikel.  He graduated from Browerville High School in 1995.   Matt worked various jobs over the years.  He enjoyed fishing, electronics and especially spending time with his nieces and nephews.  Matt did anything he could to help a person out.

Matt is survived by his dad Pat; siblings:  Mark (Jodi Ostrowski) Mikel, Gerty (Ben Bauer) Mikel; nieces & nephews:  Kearra, Isabelle, Chase, Peyton, Jaxson, Maddox and baby boy Bauer on the way.

Matt is preceded in death by his mother Elizabeth and grandparents.
