Christine Kasper, 46 of Clarissa died unexpectedly at her home on Sunday, April 19, 2009.  The funeral service for Christine was held on Saturday, April 25, 11:00 a.m. at the Iten Funeral Home in Browerville.

Christine was born October 30, 1962 in San Jose, California to Gerald & Patricia (Bender) Luke.  She attended Campbell High School, graduating in 1980.  On August 30, 1991 Christine married Randy Kasper of Clarissa.  For several years she worked at and managed the Eagle Truck Stop in Clarissa and was currently employed at S.A.V.E. in Long Prairie.  She had always wanted to become a homemaker and she did.

Christine is survived by her husband, Randy of Clarissa, sons Tim (Nicky) and Terry (Lisa) both of Fargo, ND and daughter Ashley (Sam) McDonald of Clarissa.  She is also survived by her mother Patricia McCorvey, her father Gerald (Donna) Luke, siblings Greg, Rodney, Marcus, Crystal and grandchildren Tyce, Izzabella and Xavier.

Christine is preceded in death by her step-father Raymond McCorvey.
