Dick was born on May 18, 1955, in St. Paul, to Richard & Norma (Olmschenk) Gonsior. He was baptized on June 5, 1955 at St. Paul Cathedral.   The family moved to Browerville in 1961. 

On August 21, 1976, he married Arlis Kopp.  They spent 3 years in the cities before making the decision in 1977 to move back to Browerville to live and raise a family. 

Dick had many talents and was a machinist, plumber, and farmer.  He milked cows for 17 years before deciding to sale his herd and return to plumbing.   Dick enjoyed spending time with his many friends hunting deer, coon, fox & coyote, making egg rolls or just shooting the breeze.   He also enjoyed gardening and cooking.  His favorite recent past time was spending time with his granddaughter, Abigail.

Dick is survived by his wife Arlis of Browerville, daughters Stacy (Randy) Spindler,  Becker, MN, Sarah Gonsior, Chicago, IL, granddaughter, Abigail Spindler, parents, Richard and Norma Gonsior, Clarissa, brother & sisters:  Victoria (Keith) Larson, Atwater, Debra (Mike) Piere, Brookings, SD, Leann (Thad) Olson, Clarissa, Craig (Barb) Gonsior, Forest Lake.

Dick will be sadly missed by his many friends and family.
