Shirley Sadlo, 70, of Browerville, passed away on August 18, 2008 at the St. Cloud Hospital.  Funeral services for Shirley were held on Saturday, August 23, 11 a.m., at the Iten Funeral Home in Browerville with Pastor Wes Johnson officiating.  Interment was held at the Evergreen Cemetery in Browerville.

Shirley was born on January 28, 1938 in Moran Township, Todd County, to Marvin and Florence (Riedel) Heldman.  On May 31, 1958 she married Raymond Sadlo at the United Methodist Church in Staples.  Shirley enjoyed gardening, puzzles, games, playing cards, visiting with people and most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  

Shirley is survived by her children:  Peggy Sadlo of Savage, Kevin Sadlo of Browerville, Kenneth (Mandy) Sadlo of St. Cloud, Pamela (Ralph) Buermann of Paynesville, Patti (Paul) Stich of St. Cloud, 12 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and relatives.

Shirley is preceded in death by her husband Raymond Sadlo, her parents Marvin and Florence Heldman, and brothers:  Lloyd, William and Robert Heldman.
