Kyle Craft, 87, of Motley, passed away on December 15, 2007, at the Central Todd County Care Center in Clarissa.   Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, 10:30 a.m., at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Motley with Fr. Peter Kirchner officiating.  Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at the church.  Interment will be held at Motley Public Cemetery.

Kyle was born on March 2, 1920 in Amery, Wisconsin to Lester and Gertrude (Volbrecht) Craft.  On April 18, 1944 Kyle married Leonedia Dobos at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Browerville. Kyle and Leonedia made there home in Maple Plain until 1996, when they moved to Lincoln and later to Motley.  Kyle enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping.  Kyle is a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Motley, a retired member of the Maple Plain Volunteer Fire Department, retired Lion’s Club member, and for many years ran the Maple Plain Youth Association. 


Kyle is survived by his children: Michael (Laurie) Craft of Coon Rapids, Rosanne Andreoff of Bloomington, Paulette Brinkman of Savage, Karlene (Jack) Gabrelcik of Delano, and Darrel (Rosalyn) Craft of Tualatin, Oregon, 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Kyle is preceded in death by his parents, wife Leonedia, son Steven, sister, Carol and brothers, Ken, Maynard, Thomas and Loyal.
