Beverly Zigan, 78, of Browerville, passed away on Monday December 24, 2007, at the Greater Staples Hospital.  Funeral services for Bev will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2007, 10:00 a.m., at the Iten Funeral Home in Browerville with Pastor Melissa Ehrhardt officiating.  Interment will be at Christ the King Catholic Cemetery in Browerville.

Beverly was born on July 6, 1929 in Morris, Minnesota, to Clarence & Hattie (Colby) Taylor.  The family moved to Browerville in December 1940.  Beverly attended school in Browerville through the 11th grade.  On October 25, 1948, Beverly married Bill Zigan in South Dakota.  She worked at the dentist office in Browerville until she and Bill bought the bus service.  Beverly then helped Bill with the bus service and also worked at the Browerville Vet’s Club.  She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.  Beverly enjoyed crocheting and working in her garden. 

Beverly is survived by her children:  Dick (Sharon) Zigan of Browerville, Jerry (Mary) Zigan of Park Rapids, Mike Zigan of Long Prairie, Barb (Jack) Brown of Browerville, Peggy Zigan of Browerville, Dennis (LuAnn) Zigan of Long Prairie, Jeff Zigan of Bemidji, Steve Zigan of Browerville, sisters, Pat (Larry) Pankratz of Browerville, Rozan Jambor of St. Paul, brother Robert Taylor of Chicago, Illinois, 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. 

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents, husband Bill, infant daughter Carol, sister Vionne, infant brother, and 1 great grandson Devon.
